Sea Dragon

A somewhat unique toy for several reasons:

Firstly, the base is filled with water to add stability, and rather surprisingly that actually works.

Secondly, it's an unconventional shape with interesting features, such as the ear-frills. Oddly, the wings are drawn-on, and do let down the design slightly. The head seems to tilt back and forth on purpose.

Also, rather bizarrely, the vinyl smells like apples. It must use a different sort of plasticiser.
